Pastoral care software for churches.
Someone mentions a hospital stay in the lobby. A family stops coming. A volunteer quietly steps back. Notice Care gives your pastors and care team one shared place to write it down, decide who follows up, and see it through. It works on a phone in a hospital parking lot or a laptop in the office, and it brings your people in from Planning Center, Elvanto or Breeze.
Most church care lives in texts, inboxes and one pastor's memory.
That works until the pastor goes on vacation, or the list gets longer than one person can hold. Then the woman who asked for prayer three weeks ago still hasn't heard back. Nobody meant for that to happen.
Notice Care puts every care need where the whole care team can see it, with a name on the follow-up and a date it's due.
From "someone should check on them" to done.
- Log a note in one tap. Find the person and pick what's going on: a health issue, a family concern, missed 3 weeks, stopped serving, a spiritual struggle, or good news. Then set how urgent it is.
- Assign the follow-up. Pick a text, call, visit, coffee, prayer, or just keep an eye on it. Choose who's doing it and a "follow up by" date. Notice suggests a starting point, like a visit for a health issue.
- It comes back on the right day. On the follow-up date the need resurfaces, and whoever it's assigned to gets a notification. Their Today screen lists everyone they're following up with.
- Close the loop. Move the follow-up from needed to done. The note, the follow-up and who did it stay on that person's history.
Everything a care team needs to keep its promises.
A care board sorted by urgency
Needs sort into High, Medium, Low and Encouraging. The most pressing stay on top, and good news gets its own section so it doesn't get buried.
A follow-up board
Drag visits, calls and check-ins from needed to done. Anyone on the care team can see what's open and who has it.
Every person's full history
Each profile holds every note, follow-up and date for that person. Search anyone by name and log a note right from the result.
Birthdays, anniversaries, and the dates that are difficult
Baptisms too, and dates like the loss of a spouse or a surgery. The next 3 days show on the Care home screen, and the week ahead is in the Monday email.
Confidential notes
Choose who sees each note: the whole care team, admins, or only you. Confidential notes never go out in shared emails or printed lists.
A record of who looked
Admins can see who opened or changed a person's care record and when it was shared. The record shows what was done and by whom, never what a note says.
Volunteers without logins
Email a follow-up like a meal or a ride to your volunteers. They tap “I'll take it” or “Done” in the email, with no account, and the follow-up updates on its own.
A request form for your church
Put a care and prayer request form on your website, in the bulletin as a QR code, or anywhere as a link. Requests land in Care, and pastors-only ones stay with the pastors.
Share a need with an elder
Email a person's care summary to an elder, a deacon or a saved group, even if they aren't on the care team.
A monthly care report
Notes logged, follow-ups completed and people cared for, plus a list of open needs nobody has touched in 30 days.
Printable lists
Print a care list or a prayer list for your next elders' or staff meeting. Confidential notes stay off the page.
Reminders that find you
A Monday email with the week's care, and phone notifications when a follow-up assigned to you comes due.
For the whole care team, including the volunteers.
Pastors, care coordinators, and the elders and deacons who make the visits. Volunteers can get Care-only access, so they see Care and never your staff's task list.
If you also want staff tasks and meeting notes, Notice Team is the other half of Notice. Both open from the same sign-in.
Bring your people in from Planning Center, Elvanto or Breeze.
Connect your church software and active people come into Care with their email, phone, birthday and anniversary. Notice refreshes them every night and only ever reads. It never changes anything in your church software.

Common questions about Notice Care.
Is Notice Care a church management system?
No. Your church management system (Planning Center, Elvanto, Breeze) keeps your membership records. Notice Care is where your care team tracks needs and follow-ups, and it reads your people from that system so you don't keep two lists.
Who can see our care notes?
Only people at your church who have Care access. You can limit any single note further, to admins or only yourself. No other church can ever see your data.
Can elders and deacons use it without seeing staff tasks?
Yes. Your church admin can give someone Care access only. Each person with Care access uses one paid seat.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Install it from the browser like an app on iPhone, Android or a computer. It opens without a signal, and notes you log offline sync when you're back online.
We track care in a spreadsheet today. Can we bring it over?
Yes. Import your people from a spreadsheet, or connect Planning Center, Elvanto or Breeze and they come in on their own.
Can we try it before paying?
Open the live demo: it's the real app with sample data, and no account is needed. When you're ready, the 15-day free trial takes a card but doesn't charge until the trial ends.
Start caring for people on purpose.
About five minutes to set up. Your people can come in from Planning Center, Elvanto, Breeze or a spreadsheet.
