Church follow-up software for pastors and care teams.

Every follow-up gets a name and a date.

"Someone should check on them" is how follow-ups get lost. Notice Care turns it into a call, visit or text with one person's name on it and a day it's due. On that day it comes back, and the person it's assigned to gets a reminder. Your people come in from Planning Center, Elvanto or Breeze, so there's no second list to keep.

A follow-up nobody owns is a follow-up nobody makes.

A need gets mentioned in the lobby, a staff meeting or a text thread. Everyone hears it. Everyone assumes someone else has it. Three weeks later, nobody called.

Notice Care asks two questions every time: who's following up, and by when? Then it keeps track so you don't have to remember.

From a note to a finished follow-up.

  1. Log what's going on. Find the person and pick the kind of need: a health issue, a family concern, missed 3 weeks, stopped serving, a spiritual struggle, or good news. Set how urgent it is.
  2. Pick the follow-up and the person. A text, call, visit, coffee, prayer, or just keep an eye on it. Choose who's doing it and a "follow up by" date. Notice suggests a starting point, like a visit for a health issue.
  3. It comes back on the right day. On the follow-up date the need resurfaces, and whoever has it gets a phone notification. Their Today screen lists everyone they're following up with.
  4. Mark it done. The note, the follow-up and who made it stay on that person's history, so the next pastor or care volunteer knows what already happened.

Built so a missed follow-up gets noticed.

A follow-up board

Drag calls, visits and check-ins from needed to done. The whole care team can see what's open and who has it.

Reminders that find the right person

Phone notifications when a follow-up assigned to you comes due, and a Monday email with the week's care.

A list of what nobody touched

The monthly care report counts notes logged and follow-ups completed, and lists open needs nobody has touched in 30 days.

The dates that call for a check-in

Birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, and hard dates like the loss of a spouse. The next 3 days show on the Care home screen.

Hand a follow-up to an elder

Email a person's care summary to an elder, a deacon or a saved group, even if they aren't on the care team.

Confidential when it needs to be

Choose who sees each note: the whole care team, admins, or only you. Confidential notes never go out in shared emails or printed lists.

Follow up with the person who stopped coming.

"Missed 3 weeks" and "stopped serving" are need types in Notice Care, because the quiet exits are the easiest follow-ups to miss. Log it, assign it, and it comes back until someone reaches out.

Works with Planning Center, Elvanto and Breeze.

Connect your church software and active people come into Care with their email, phone, birthday and anniversary. Notice refreshes them every night and only ever reads. It never changes anything in your church software.

No church software? Import a spreadsheet or add people by hand.

Common questions about church follow-up in Notice.

Can volunteers make follow-ups without seeing staff tasks?

Yes. Your church admin can give elders, deacons and care volunteers Care-only access. Each person with Care access uses one paid seat.

What if a follow-up is overdue?

It stays on the assigned person's Today screen until it's marked done. The monthly care report also lists open needs nobody has touched in 30 days.

Can staff meeting action items be follow-ups too?

Yes. Notice Team turns staff meeting notes into tasks with an owner and a due date. Team and Care open from the same sign-in.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Install it from the browser like an app on iPhone, Android or a computer. It opens without a signal, and notes you log offline sync when you're back online.

Can we try it before paying?

Open the live demo: it's the real app with sample data, and no account is needed. When you're ready, the 15-day free trial takes a card but doesn't charge until the trial ends.

Make the call you meant to make.

About five minutes to set up. Your people can come in from Planning Center, Elvanto, Breeze or a spreadsheet.
