Notice vs. the alternatives.
Notebird, CareNote and Undershepherd are good pastoral-care tools. Basecamp, Monday.com and Microsoft Teams are good general tools for staff work. Notice is a smaller product that puts both jobs in one place for a church staff, with one sign-in and one bill. Here's a straight comparison.

What it costs, plainly.
Take a church with six staff, three of whom do pastoral care.
- Notice: $59 a month for both. That's the $49 bundle, which includes Team and two care users, plus $10 for the third care user.
- A care tool on its own for those three people: about $24 (Undershepherd), $28 (Notebird) or $45 (CareNote, or $30 billed yearly).
- A staff tool on its own for six people: about $24 (Teams Essentials), $25 (Basecamp's smallest paid plan) or $54 (Monday.com Basic, billed yearly).
Put one of each together and a church this size pays roughly $50 to $100 a month, so Notice isn't always the cheapest option. What it offers instead is one place. Staff tasks, meeting notes and care follow-ups sit together on one Today screen, behind one sign-in, on one bill.
Who Notice is built for.
Common questions about switching.
Can I bring my people over?
Yes. Connect Planning Center, Elvanto or Breeze and your people come in with their email, phone, birthday and anniversary, refreshed every night. Or upload a spreadsheet (CSV) from any other system with names, phone numbers and email addresses.
Can I bring my old care notes?
Not automatically yet. Your people come across, but past notes don't. Email us and we'll talk through your options.
Can I use just one half?
Yes. Notice Team is $39 a month on its own and Notice Care is $10 per care user (two minimum). The bundle is $49 a month.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The live demo needs no sign-up, and every plan starts with a 15-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
See it for yourself.
The live demo is the real app with sample data. No account needed.
