Signing in
How do I sign in? Is there a password?
There's no password. Go to noticeteam.com, enter your email, and we'll email you a short sign-in code — type it in and you're in. You stay signed in, so you'll rarely need to do this again on the same device.
I didn't get my code.
Give it a minute and check your spam/junk folder. Make sure you entered the same email your church used to add you. If it still hasn't arrived, ask your church admin to re-send your invite or fix your email address — they can do both from the People screen.
It says my email isn't recognized.
Notice is invite-only. Your church admin needs to add you first. Once they do, you'll be able to sign in with that email.

Put Notice on your device
Notice runs in any browser, but installing it makes it open like a normal app — full-screen, faster, and able to send you notifications. It works on any device:
- Open noticeteam.com in Safari
- Tap the Share button
- Choose Add to Home Screen
- Open Notice from that new icon
- Open noticeteam.com in Chrome
- Tap the ⋮ menu (top right)
- Choose Install app (or “Add to Home screen”)
- Open Notice from the new icon
- Open noticeteam.com in Safari
- Menu bar: File → Add to Dock
- (In Chrome/Edge, click the install icon in the address bar)

Notifications
How do I turn on notifications?
Tap the 🔔 bell in the top bar and allow notifications when your device asks. You'll then get reminders — like a care follow-up that's due, or a task nudge.
I don't see the bell / it won't turn on.
On iPhone, first add Notice to your Home Screen (see above) and open it from that icon — Apple only allows notifications from the installed app. If notifications were blocked before, turn them back on for Notice in your device's Settings, then tap the bell again.

What's the “Today” screen I land on?
Today is your personalized starting point. It gathers the tasks assigned to you and the people you're following up with into one short list — “here's what needs you first” — so you don't have to hunt across Team and Care to see your day. Use the Today / Team / Care switch at the top to move between them.
What's the difference between Team and Care?
Notice Team is your staff's shared tasks and meeting notes. Notice Care is for pastoral care — tracking who needs a follow-up so no one slips through the cracks. If you have access to both, a Today / Team / Care switch appears at the top; tap it to move between them.
How do I add a task (Team)?
Tap the + button, give it a title, and set an owner, priority, and due date. It shows up for everyone on your team.
How do I log a care note (Care)?
Find the person (or add them), tap + Note, choose the type and severity, and add a short note. You can assign a follow-up and set a “Follow up by” date — it'll resurface and notify whoever it's assigned to on that day.
Does it work offline?
Once installed, Notice opens and shows your recent data even with a spotty connection, and syncs when you're back online.

How do I get access to Care (or Team)?
Your church admin controls who can see each section. Ask them to give you Care or Team access — they do it in a couple of taps from the People screen.
Who can see the notes I write?
Only people in your church who have access to that section. Care notes are confidential and never shared with any other church. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How do I sign out?
Tap the sign-out icon in the top bar. You can sign back in anytime with a fresh code.
